Job description
We are looking for several Project Engineers/Senior Project Engineers to strengthen the engineering team working within segments such as IMR, SURF, Mooring, Offshore Wind, Subsea Construction and Decommissioning.
Join DOF Subsea as a Project Engineer/Senior Project Engineer and be at the forefront of marine operations. You’ll:
- Lead and deliver complex subsea projects—from planning and procedures to offshore execution—ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality results.
- Own technical packages and act as the key interface with clients, bringing innovation and precision to every challenge.
- Drive compliance and continuous improvement by aligning with DOF’s high standards, client expectations, and regulatory requirements.
- Make an impact by mentoring junior engineers, enhancing HSE practices, and contributing to smarter, safer project execution.
Requirements
- Technical education (bachelor’s/master’s degree) and/or relevant work experience within marine operations.
- Experience in development project documentation for marine- and subsea operation in areas such as IMR, SURF, Mooring, Offshore Wind, Subsea Construction and Decommissioning is highly desirable.
- Candidates should be capable of leading and contributing effectively within project teams, as well as working independently in dynamic project environments to deliver projects.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in a Scandinavian language for specific positions.
We have multiple openings for:
- Graduate Engineers: 0-2 years of experience
- Project Engineers with: 2-5 years experience
- Senior Project Engineers: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
