Job description

As Project Mobilisation Coordinator at DOF, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating all logistics, equipment, and services to ensure smooth project execution, upholding high standards of efficiency, compliance, and communication.We are a value-driven organisation with clear guiding principles to meet project and Client expectations with strong understanding and commitment to HSEQ standards. Join DOF Subsea as a Project Mobilisation Coordinator and these will be some of your responsibilities:

  • Coordinate logistics services for DOF shipments, domestic and international
  • Act as base contact point for projects during mobilisation and demobilisation
  • Manage third-party equipment and services
  • Conduct site visits/audits for shipment preparations
  • Work with Supply Chain, Project teams, and vendors to determine the most efficient mobilisations and demobilisations

 

Requirements

  • Technical education (bachelor’s/master’s degree) and/or relevant work experience within logistics for marine operations
  • Experience with marine- and subsea equipment within areas such as IMR, SURF, Mooring, Offshore Wind, Subsea Construction and Decommissioning is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of logistics, shipping processes, and customs regulations.
  • Fluency in English is required, proficiency in a Scandinavian language for specific positions
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and third parties.
