  • Work Schedule: Monday-Friday (10 hrs/day), occasional Saturday work (approx. 5 hrs)

This will be your future job

  • Supervision and coordination of electrical commissioning engineers
  • Task planning and prioritization according to project schedules
  • Coordination of main contractor and subcontractor activities
  • Organization of commissioning and site meetings
  • Preparation of progress reports, issue and risk identification
  • Reporting to client on schedule risks and corrective actions
  • Technical issue analysis and solution recommendations
  • Verification of commissioning documentation and compliance
  • Oversight of vendor service teams during start-up
  • Enforcement of safety standards and permit-to-work procedures

The right qualifications

  • Technical degree (preferred: Electrical, Automation, Power Engineering, Mechatronics) or equivalent technical education with relevant experience
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in commissioning electrical/power/industrial installations
  • Proven experience in large EPC projects within industrial environments
  • Documented experience in managing engineering teams and subcontractor activities
  • References from similar projects (energy, industrial, process chemistry) are a plus
  • Knowledge of commissioning procedures, permit-to-work systems, safety standards, and technical documentation

Additionally:

  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment
  • Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Willingness to work on an international project
  • Excellent command of English is a plus
