This will be your future job

• Build and develop long-term customer relationships
• Analyze and capture customer-specific requirements and translate them into tailored solution concepts
• Coordinate technical projects from the proposal phase through to successful implementation
• Manage project objectives regarding quality, schedule and budget
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, service and sales
• Support technical presentations, workshops and customer meetings
• Provide technical expertise throughout quotation and contract negotiation processes
• Drive professional stakeholder and escalation management
• Ensure transparent and effective communication between customers and internal departments
• Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to the continuous enhancement of existing solutions
