Roles and Responsibilities

  • Designing and implementing regulatory framework for generator plants in compliance with grid standards, ensuring coordination with grid operator and export systems
  • Development and design of substation switchgear
  • Preparing technical documentation and Bill of Materials for Overhead lines and Substations
  • Provide technical support to the project management team and mentoring experience to junior team members
  • Reporting your own areas of responsibility to the lead engineer
  • Participate in project meetings and present work results
  • Oversee the delivery of projects to schedule and budget

Skills and Qualifications

  • BSc/MSc degree in Electrical, Power Engineering or a related discipline
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, German will be an asset
  • Extensive knowledge of overhead lines and substations projects
  • Familiar with relevant standards and local regulations
  • Proven experience (5+ years preferred) in transmission lines and substations project
  • Ensuring that safety is integrated into every stage of construction work
  • Open-minded and cooperative working style within a multicultural and international context
