Job description

Join our international team and take ownership of document management processes across complex infrastructure and energy projects. As a Technical Document Specialist, you will ensure effective document control, compliance, reporting, and successful project handovers throughout the project lifecycle.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee project documentation and document control processes
• Act as the key liaison between Project Management, Engineering, clients, contractors, and Document Control teams
• Monitor documentation progress and ensure timely delivery in line with project schedules
• Conduct documentation audits, compliance reviews, and quality assessments
• Ensure compliance with project procedures, contractual obligations, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
• Identify process gaps and documentation non-conformities, and drive corrective and preventive actions
• Support continuous improvement and promote best practices in document management
