Lead implementation of utility-scale BESS projects with expertise in EPC, Supplier+BoP strategies
Support project lifecycle phases, from concept to contract negotiation for diverse technical consultancy services
Pioneer the design of groundbreaking BESS contracts that establish the benchmark for industry standards, setting new precedents in innovation, reliability and performance
Collaborate seamlessly with internal and external and international stakeholders, contributing to interdisciplinary initiatives
Actively participate in business development endeavors to elevate Fichtner’s BESS presence and offerings
Embrace site visits and travel as needed during various project stages.

Your Profile

Hold a Master’s degree in engineering, particularly in electrical engineering or related fields
Have a minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in the implementation of utility-scale BESS
Experience in project management
Demonstrate expertise in EPC and Supplier tender preparations
Proficiency in integrating BESS with other technologies is a valuable asset
Familiarity with MATLAB is an advantage
Fluent in written, spoken, and comprehended English is mandatory; German language skills are advantageous
Valid work permit for Spain
