Mechanical QA/QC Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Mechanical QA/QC Engineer for a Data Center project.

Location: Gavle, Sweden

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing the QA/QC plan and procedures specific to the project.
• Ensuring all quality control documentation is compliant with standards and project requirements.
• Conducting inspections and tests on mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and piping.
• Maintaining detailed records of inspections, tests, and quality control activities.
• Preparing and reviewing test packs, inspection reports, and other QA/QC documentation.
• Verifing that materials and equipment meet project specifications and standards.
• Provide weekly reports on QAQC performance, troubleshoot issues, and manage walkdown schedules.

Requirements:

• Qualifications: Bachelor/Master degree in a mechanical discipline.
• Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Mechanical QAQC within industrial projects.
• Technical Skills: Ability to present specification requirements to project teams and demonstrate compliance.
• Preferred Experience: Industrial and process project experience, with a strong understanding of piping and HVAC systems.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality assurance and control.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative work environment.
• English – B2
