Let’s Talk about The Role:
The Project Operations Manager is responsible for driving key operational initiatives supporting Global Operations to improve execution rigour, consistency and performance across the HDNU Projects organisation. The role will lead efforts in data analytics and reporting, training repository development, project catalogue tool optimisation, standard work deployment, and process / QMS improvement.
This is a business operations role requiring strong hands-on analytical capability, rather than an IT or technical data specialist position. The successful candidate will be comfortable moving between detailed data analysis, operational reporting, and senior leadership communication.
This position requires strong cross-functional partnership with regional Poles and functional teams, as well as the ability to influence stakeholders and drive change across a complex global matrix.
