Job description

For an innovative company specialising in advanced renewable energy and waste management projects, we are looking for a specialist for the position of Site Document Handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the numbering, filing, organizing, and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documentation created by technical teams, projects, or departments, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness.
• Assigning and overseeing the document numbering system for project work.
• Ensuring all electronic and physical filing is precise and easily accessible.
• Responding promptly to requests for information retrieval, data searches, and general support from project or department staff.
• Addressing daily issues and requests by applying business practices and leveraging extensive experience in prioritization.
• Administering the PIRS document management system.
• Receiving and managing all deliveries to the site.
• Processing technical documents and ensuring proper storage protocols.
• Creating, implementing, and maintaining effective documentation systems and procedures, including relevant manuals and tools.
• Ensuring that tasks within the scope of responsibility are carried out in compliance with contractual terms, as well as project timelines, budgets, and Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) standards.
• Keeping the Site Manager or their deputy updated on all site-related activities.
