Job description

Role Overview 

Responsible for coordinating final testing, system validation and energization of offshore substations. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Develop energization sequences 

• Coordinate with SAP and grid operator 

• Review protection settings and relay configuration 

• Supervise functional and integrated system testing 

• Manage punch list prior to energization 

• Lead first power-on procedures 

Requirements 

• 7+ years in HV commissioning 

• Experience with offshore substations (preferred) 

• Strong understanding of protection systems and relay logic 

• Experience with grid synchronization 

• Excellent coordination skills 

• Offshore certification (GWO / MEDICAL) 

• Fluent English  

• Polish is an advantage
