Job description

We are looking for a Consents Specialist to join our team and support one of the key offshore wind projects currently under construction in Poland. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in permitting activities and regulatory compliance throughout the construction phase and preparation for operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the process of securing all necessary permits, consents, and administrative decisions required for project execution and operations.
  • Monitor compliance with permit conditions during the construction phase.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in offshore regulatory processes and permitting.
  • Engage with both statutory and non-statutory permitting authorities.
  • Collaborate with engineering and EPCI teams to ensure permitting requirements are fully integrated into project execution.
  • Prepare and review documentation related to permit applications.
  • Maintain a detailed register of all permits, including conditions, authority communication, and approvals.
  • Ensure transparent and timely communication with institutional stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of permitting documentation for operational handover, including manuals and trackers

 

Expected Deliverables:

  • Complete set of secured permits and approvals.
  • Permitting manual for the operational phase.
  • Handover register for compliance and regulatory documentation.

 

Requirements:

  • MSc or equivalent degree in engineering, environmental science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of professional experience in permitting, compliance, or regulatory affairs – ideally within offshore or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Polish and EU permitting frameworks.
  • Proven ability to engage with institutional stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
  • Fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken).
  • Independence, precision, and ability to work in a dynamic project environment.
