Responsibilities:
The construction manager is responsible for organizing, executing, and monitoring the work and the contractual scope of supply through subcontractors. Additionally, they are responsible for the implementation of technical/contractual specifications.
Monitoring construction progress, tracking schedules, and initiating countermeasures or acceleration measures in case of potential delays. Cost control of the calculated budget.
Identifying opportunities/risks and actively supporting in claim management.
Creating, tracking, and documenting as-built entries.
Responsible for ensuring HSE-compliant execution of work and documentation (contractual and/or country-specific). Support from the HSE Manager.
Expanding and maintaining customer relationships.
Qualifications:
A university degree (Bachelor or Master) in Civil Engineering
Experience in Turnkey / EPC business, ideally with experience in HVDC and/or FACTS
Knowledge of plants
Experience as an HSE and/or SiGeko coordinator is advantageous
