O&M Handover Coordinator (f/m)

The O&M Handover Coordinator (f/m) is part of the O&M Handover team within the O&M PMO and supports the O&M organization in the successful preparation and implementation of the O&M package for the offshore wind farm project. The role focuses on monitoring handover progress, ensuring the accuracy and quality of deliverables transferred to O&M, and providing clear and timely reporting to stakeholders.

remote + Warsaw approx. once a month

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, monitor, and report O&M Handover progress to O&M Management and relevant stakeholders
• Monitor the status and progress of package-level and project-level Handover Checklists
• Coordinate O&M review and receipt of deliverables from Construction
• Verify completeness and quality of deliverables transferred from Construction to the O&M repository
• Manage and control the documentation interface between Construction and O&M Contractors
• Monitor Construction progress related to Final Walkdowns, Punchlist close-out, and NCR closure
• Support the O&M Handover Manager during package meetings and contract close-out meetings
• Actively monitor and enforce document quality standards for deliverables from Construction
• Utilize Completion Systems, Document Control Systems, and reporting tools (e.g. PowerBI) to monitor and report progress on behalf of O&M
• Provide input to Project Handover Trackers in line with the authorization matrix

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in completions, documentation, and handover activities
• Experience in O&M and offshore wind projects is preferred
• Hands-on experience with Completion Systems, Document Control Systems, and reporting tools such as PowerBI
• Strong coordination skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
