Responsibilities:
Take ownership of structural design and engineering analyses for power generation and industrial projects, applying advanced 3D finite element software such as SAP2000, ETABS, or similar tools, in line with Eurocodes, international standards, and applicable local regulations
Prepare, review, and validate comprehensive technical deliverables, including engineering drawings, design calculations, specifications, and technical reports, using AutoCAD and other industry-standard design platforms
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams across international offices, actively contributing to project planning and scheduling while providing technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers
Support procurement and vendor selection processes by issuing material requisitions, performing technical bid assessments, and reviewing supplier documentation to ensure full compliance with project and quality requirements
Maintain high standards of quality assurance and regulatory compliance through design checks, participation in audits and inspections, and strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations
Contribute to business development activities by supporting proposal development, preparing technical inputs and presentations, assisting with cost estimates, and participating in pre-bid and feasibility studies
Provide engineering support during the construction phase, including site visits, responding to design queries, and resolving technical challenges in coordination with contractors and internal project teams
Requirements
University degree in Civil Engineering
Proven experience in the engineering and structural design of power generation projects and/or industrial facilities
Active membership in a recognized local Chamber of Engineers
Hands-on experience with professional structural and design software, such as SAP2000 or comparable 3D finite element analysis tools, as well as AutoCAD and related applications
Practical knowledge of procurement-related engineering activities, including material take-offs, technical evaluation of bids, and review and approval of vendor documentation
Solid understanding of Eurocodes, international design standards, as well as applicable local codes and regulatory requirements
Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams operating across multiple office locations
Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
