Senior Project Developer

Mission

Your primary goal will be to identify, develop, and promote renewable energy projects while aligning with our strategic business plan.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify suitable locations for wind and solar farms, secure land agreements with owners, and ensure compliance with administrative processes.
• Manage the permitting process from inception to operational stages, adhering to regulatory standards.
• Conduct research to identify opportunities, assess competitors, and forecast risks to maintain a competitive edge.
• Build strong relationships with landowners, authorities, and public/private entities to support project acceptance and success.
• Assist with due diligence and financing processes for new acquisitions and ongoing projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery within budget and quality standards.

Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record in wind energy project development, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments. Fluency in Polish and English is essential.
