Directing asset operations in Poland, including management of internal teams and service providers, and building a high-performing team
Contributing to regional Ignitis Renewables O&M strategy and goal setting
Development and implementation the operation and maintenance strategy for renewable energy plants and assets in Poland
Utilizing internal and external competencies in Ignitis Renewables to ensure safe, efficient and high-quality performance of complex renewable energy projects in Poland
Accountability for achieving production and availability budget for renewable energy project in Poland Identifying and providing solutions to increase profitability
Maintaining schedules of all necessary maintenance works for wind technology projects in Poland
Overseeing smooth handover from construction to operations
Reporting on performance, challenges, opportunities and collaborating across departments.
Required for this position:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or similar field
At least 3 years of experience in operation and maintenance of power plants in Poland
At least 3 years of leadership experience including line management of other professionals
Experience in management of renewable energy technology and balance of plant service providers
A good knowledge of regulatory requirement and other related legal acts
Skills in MS Office Suite and knowledge of SCADA systems
Valid driving license and passport
Business fluency in English is required to ensure effective communication across the countries where Ignitis Renewables operates.
