You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
Ensuring ongoing compliance with technical operational obligations (e.g., legal, warranty, business plan, environmental, H&S etc.)
Managing onsite operations and coordinating maintenance providers, service records, maintenance systems, regulatory aspects
Visiting sites and interacting with technical advisors
Managing maintenance services contracts (e.g., control the balance of the contract, service provider obligations, quality of services)
Conducting a public and commercial procurement for maintenance services
Preparing technical analysis on system performance and monthly operation reports (e.g. energy production malfunction and other operational aspects)
Searching, delivering and implementing solutions to increase operational efficiency.
Required for this position:
University degree (or 4th-year student)
2 years of experience in property management and/or object administration
Proactive, result-oriented personality with excellent negotiation skills
Proficiency in Latvian and English (both oral and written) is required, as the position involves stakeholders in other Baltic countries and Poland, and requires daily communication and documentation in English.
Electrical Safety Group Level “C” (understanding of electrical safety and systems)
