Job description
We are looking for experienced MIG MAG Welders / Iron Workers to perform project-specific modifications on container units at a harbor location for a family-owned company.
Function description
For this job, you are expected to:
- Perform MIG/MAG welding on steel container structures
- Execute cutting, grinding, and fitting of metal components
- Modify containers according to project-specific requirements
- Interpret and work from technical drawings and blueprints
- Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards
- Work independently and efficiently in a harbor environment
Requirements
- Proven experience as an all-round iron worker or welder
- Skilled in MIG/MAG welding techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Capable of working independently on container modification projects
- Good English communication skills
- EU passport or right to work in the Netherlands (mandatory)
- Offshore certificates (a strong asset)
- Police clearance required before starting work (mandatory)
