Our UK and Continental Europe team is expanding, and we鈥檙e looking for a Commercial Coordinator to support our design & build projects alongside key contractor clients.
You鈥檒l be joining a growing team delivering high鈥憄rofile, industry鈥憀eading projects across the UK and beyond. In this role, you鈥檒l support the commercial management of complex contracts and work closely with project, engineering, and commercial teams to help drive successful outcomes across a diverse portfolio of energy and power initiatives.
From grid modernisation and renewable integration to major infrastructure upgrades, you鈥檒l play a key supporting role in projects that are powering the transition to a more sustainable and resilient energy system.
What you鈥檒l be doing:
- Supporting the Commercial team in the management of contracts and commercial processes across multiple projects.
- Assisting with cost control, forecasting, and reporting to ensure projects are delivered within budget.
- Preparing and administering contractual documentation, including variations, applications, and claims.
- Coordinating with project teams to track progress, identify risks, and support mitigation strategies.
- Maintaining accurate commercial records and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.
- Supporting subcontract management, including procurement, administration, and performance monitoring.
- Building strong working relationships across multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
