You鈥檒l take ownership of key design deliverables, identifying opportunities for automation and process efficiencies, and ensuring scope changes are escalated appropriately to maintain programme and budget integrity.
You鈥檒l collaborate closely with discipline leads and project stakeholders to produce high-quality outcomes, while also mentoring and supporting less experienced team members鈥攈elping to build capability and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
