Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support to the design team in all aspects of project execution and delivery.
- Manage the setup, development, configuration, establishment of the Common Data Environment (CDE) for project use.
- Setup and manage BIM documentation for internal and external use.
- Setup BIM design and review models and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Support on BIM specific processes and procedures where required.
- Deliver training and ongoing support for design staff.
- Oversee quality assurance processes and verify deliverable consistency.
- Prepare and maintain coordination reports, including clash detection.
- Maintain BIM automation workflows to streamline processes across Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- Schedule and monitor automated tasks for exporting NWCs, PDFs, schedules, IFCs, and generating lists.
- Collaborate with engineers and designers across multiple disciplines.
