Job description

BMS Package Manager 

Location: Charleroi (Belgium)

Job Description 

Based on site in Charleroi, Belgium the successful candidate will be responsible for the BMS package including design development and engineering, delivery & installation, testing, commissioning & startup, for a large value, hyper-scale Data Center. Reporting to the Project Manager – Mechanical, the successful candidate will be required to manage all aspects of the package such as quality, progress & programme and commercial. The BMS Package Manager will be required to interface with in-house mechanical and electrical teams to ensure system requirements are coordinated and delivered. The BMS Package Manager will be required to review all equipment technical submittals and ensure these meet the requirements of the BMS design.

Skills & Requirements 

  • Hold excellent technical knowledge of BMS systems and products
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in BMS roles with at least 3 years in a lead role
  • Understanding of project planning, construction sequencing and critical path
  • Previous experience working in Germany an advantage but not essential
  • Have a sound understanding of mechanical and HVAC systems
  • Have previous experience in BMS testing and commissioning to level 5
