Project Manager – Global Automation (M/F) NEW

• Lead multiple Industrial Automation projects simultaneously across global manufacturing sites.
• Drive projects through all phases including:
  • feasibility assessment,
  • business case alignment,
  • planning,
  • execution,
  • commissioning,
  • stabilization,
  • lessons learned.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and deployment roadmaps.
• Track project risks, dependencies, and mitigation actions.

Project & Program Management:

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Ability to coordinate geographically distributed teams.

Manufacturing Automation Knowledge

Good understanding of:

• Industrial Automation systems,
• AMR’s/AGV’s
• Special Purpose Machines,
• Robotics and Cobots,
• Vision systems,
• MES / Manufacturing systems,
• Production processes.

Commercial & Vendor Management

• Supplier coordination and relationship management.
• Budget tracking and cost control.
• Exposure to capital investment processes.
