WELCOMING YOU TO THE TEAM

You will join the PWR-T Spain team, a dynamic group of 6 professionals based in Getxo, working on semi-turnkey high-voltage underground cable projects (>132 kV). You’ll report to the PWR-T Head of Projects Spain and collaborate closely with subcontractors and internal stakeholders. The role is based in Getxo, with approximately 40% travel to project sites across Spain.

HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT

As a QHSE Supervisor, you will:

• Manage QHSE documentation and administrative tasks for Spain Grid projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors and support them in QHSE matters.
• Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with QHSE plans.
• Act as site supervisor when needed, ensuring smooth execution of works.
• Implement and monitor quality plans, safety action plans, and environmental compliance.
• Report and follow up on non-conformities, incidents, and waste management.
• Promote Nexans policies on risk prevention, ethics, and internal control.

• Willingness to travel (approx. 40% onsite).
• Degree in technical areas preferred.
