Welcome to Project Delivery
You’ll be part of Project Delivery where you, together with your colleagues, will share knowledge and experiences to develop both personally and professionally in a positive work culture and to bring projects from development through the construction phase and handover to Operations. 

You’ll play an important role in:

• Being involved in each phase of the project — from project refinement through the tendering process, Financial Investment Decision (FID), construction, commissioning, and handover to Operations

• Assisting the Solar, Wind & BESS Technical Team in optimising solar PV, wind, and BESS technology, including manufacturer and technology selection, and solar array, turbine, and BESS layouts

• Managing contractors’ performance on project sites, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and project specifications

• Liaising with project stakeholders, including statutory authorities, and coordinating construction interfaces between contractors and relevant external third parties

• Supporting the Contracts Management Team in managing interim accounts as required under the construction contracts, and negotiating variations and claims when necessary

• Reporting on project safety, schedule, cost, and quality progress to senior management, and proposing corrective actions as needed to achieve agreed project objectives

To succeed in the role, you:

• Have a strong cultural commitment to safety, coupled with extensive project management experience in large capital utility-scale projects in the renewable sector

• Possess strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Demonstrate the ability to lead a project team on site to a high level of performance

• Understand PSDP/PSCS and/or CDMC processes

• Are able to work with multidisciplinary project stakeholders, including technical and legal teams

• Are driven to meet deliverables on target, pay attention to detail, and understand the technical and regulatory requirements for delivering utility-scale projects
