YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct hands-on training sessions using actual training equipment
- Develop and update training materials, manuals, and documentation in line with PALFINGER standards
- Ensure all technical content is accurate, up to date, and aligned with product developments
- Maintain training equipment and provide a safe, effective learning environment
- Deliver technical training courses for customers, service partners, and internal technicians at the training academy, on-site at customer locations, or remotely
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong technical background in marine engineering or mechanical and hydraulic systems, with hands-on experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair
- Previous experience as a trainer, instructor, or technical mentor is preferred
- 3–5 years of hands-on field experience with hydraulic products
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
- Strong presentation, teaching, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and train different groups
