Project Manager (Staffing Coordination) NEW

Job description

We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join the growing team focusing on personnel coordination within offshore wind energy projects.

Your role includes:

• Leading and organizing personnel-related activities for offshore platforms and wind farm projects
• Coordinating staffing assignments, overseeing crew rotations, and maintaining project schedules.
• Working cross-functionally with internal teams such as recruitment, health & safety, and tendering to ensure streamlined project delivery.
• Acting as a key contact for client-side project leads to ensure smooth cooperation.
• Supporting construction and maintenance efforts offshore in line with industry-specific standards.
• Handling budgeting tasks, issuing invoices, and tracking project expenses.
• Evaluating and mitigating project risks through proactive planning.
• Managing relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and workforce agencies in the offshore sector.
• Compiling and updating project documentation, reports, and performance data.
• Assisting in tender preparation and reviewing proposals related to staffing and personnel scopes.

What we’re looking for:

• University degree (or equivalent experience) in business, HR, logistics, engineering, or similar.
• Relevant experience in the wind energy sector or comparable industries (such as maritime logistics, oil & gas, or marine construction).
• Experience in crew management is a plus.
• Understanidng of HR and offshore operations processes.
• Proficient communication skills in both Polish and English, German is a plus.
• Open to occasional travel to project locations.
• Strong organizational skills, a solution-focused mindset, and ability to collaborate in a multicultural team.
