Job description

As a purchaser (m/f/d) you will do the following:

  • You will be responsible for the data integrity in our ERP system.
  • You will create and process purchase orders, delivery notes and other process documentation.
  • You request and reconcile supplier order confirmations.
  • You record our goods movements.
  • You will support the logistical organization of national and international transport.
  • You will provide operational support to our suppliers.
  • You will use price comparisons and initiate cost-cutting measures.

You also

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship.
  • You have solid professional experience as a buyer (ideally in a manufacturing industry).
  • You are confident in using an ERP system (e.g. Business Central) and Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel).

What else you bring

  • Work independently, systematically and in a structured manner.
  • Approach people openly and communicate at eye level.
  • Are fluent in German and a have good command of English.

This is a given for you

  • You are a team player and enjoy optimizing processes.
