Your Challenge
As a Customer Service Project Manager, your mission will be to lead large-scale projects or manage multiple smaller initiatives, ensuring that all deliverables meet the defined scope and budget. You will work closely with clients, acting as their main point of contact, while coordinating with internal departments to guarantee seamless project execution.
