Working place for this position are different automotive production sites in Europe and requires stay and work abroad.
Your role & Responsibilities:
Development and programming of automation and robotic applications for KUKA, ABB, or FANUC robots.
Implementation of standardized robotic functions and application system component selection.
Conceptual design and development of robotic processes tailored to OEM customer standards.
Ensuring compliance with quality standards and clarification of process-specific technical details.
Commissioning of robotic systems and automation software, including testing, optimizing, and troubleshooting.
Process-oriented application development in areas such as gluing, clinching, welding, laser welding, riveting, and material handling.
Optimization and path teaching of robotic movements to ensure efficiency and precision in automotive manufacturing.
Deployment in dynamic on-site missions within the innovative production facilities of the automotive industry to bring robotic and automation systems to life.
Offline programming with Process Simulate (training available if needed).
Virtual commissioning using simulation tools to optimize robotic workflows before implementation (training available if needed).
Your Profile & Qualifications:
Strong technical background or completed education in Automation, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (university degree, technical college).
Mandatory knowledge of robot programming for KUKA, ABB, or FANUC platforms.
Experience with process-oriented applications such as gluing, clinching, welding, laser welding, riveting, and material handling.
Knowledge of communication protocols such as Profinet, Profibus, and DeviceNet.
Project experience in robotic programming, commissioning, and cycle time optimization.
Experience with troubleshooting electrical and robotic systems.
Willingness to travel for worldwide deployment.
Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory; German language skills are an advantage.
Strong team collaboration skills and a willingness to learn.
