The role is open across the Nordics and involves regular travel to Helsinki, Finland.

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing large-scale building automation and data center projects across multiple locations, from initial engagement through to full execution. You will establish robust project structures, align delivery with strategic objectives, and ensure that every phase progresses with clarity, focus, and efficiency.

You will coordinate people, tools, and processes to create a clear and reliable path to success. This includes overseeing design and procurement activities, managing partners, conducting risk assessments, and planning schedules—while ensuring all workstreams remain aligned and on track.

You will collaborate closely with project-specific Project Managers, enabling smooth cooperation across disciplines and regions. Together, you will build strong, capable teams and ensure that all stakeholders are empowered to contribute effectively.

During the development phase, you will define the project framework by translating high-level objectives into actionable plans. Working cross-functionally, you will assemble the right project team, identify risks early, leverage opportunities, and develop realistic timelines that support efficient delivery.

Once execution begins, you will lead decisively—driving excellence in delivery, tracking milestones, budgets, and progress, and proactively addressing challenges. Throughout the project lifecycle, you will maintain strong stakeholder engagement through clear communication, transparent reporting, and practical insights.

What You Bring

• Several years of experience managing large, complex projects across diverse scopes and environments
• Demonstrated leadership of multicultural and multidisciplinary teams of eight or more people
• Strong ability to link project execution with overarching business strategy and long-term goals
• Experience delivering international or distributed projects with effective cross-border collaboration
• Advanced skills in identifying, mitigating, and managing risks, as well as capitalizing on opportunities
• Solid financial knowledge, including budgeting, cost control, and performance optimization
• Expertise in contract management, negotiations, and handling claims or change orders
• Proficiency in both waterfall and agile methodologies, digital delivery tools, and ideally experience within data-center project environments
• Business-level fluency in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of a Nordic language is a strong advantage
