How You’ll Make an Impact

• Build and deepen your knowledge of Siemens Energy’s steam turbine product line through hands-on technical work and research
• Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to plan outages, resolve technical queries, and support maintenance activities
• Take initiative to address customer issues, developing strong working relationships and delivering effective solutions
• Document technical investigations and findings clearly to support continuous improvement
• Contribute your ideas and approaches to help drive the energy transition and support our customers’ evolving needs

What You Bring

• A degree in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience—candidates at all experience levels are encouraged to apply
• Understanding of mechanical engineering principles and the ability to apply them to real-world scenarios
• Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and a problem-solving mindset
• Experience with large rotating equipment (such as steam turbines or generators) is beneficial
• High computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP is a plus
