HVDC Control & Protection Integration and Test Lead

Job description

As a HVDC C&P Integration and test lead, you will be the driving force of the complete software development process during the project execution phase. This means, you are actively leading on a day-to-day basis, a team of software engineers to develop and integrate the state-of-the-art Control and Protection systems for HVDC systems. During this process, you as a lead will make sure the customer requirements are fulfilled as well as device an efficient strategy to test our systems to the satisfaction of our customers.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead the C&P software development process from startup to final customer acceptance, ensuring compliance with system requirements.
• Establish and maintain consistent requirements engineering throughout project execution.
• Guide software engineers during the development and integration phases.
• Collaborate with customers and internal partners to define and coordinate acceptance tests.
• Track development and test progress, reporting regularly to project management.
• Promote model-based engineering and support efficient use of X-in-the-loop environments to meet project goals.
