IDS Graduate Engineer NEW

The Global Rotational Graduate program consists of formal and on-the-job training, hands-on and design roles, and professional development with built-in leadership and mentorship opportunities to help Rotational graduates to diversify their skill set through placements in various functions across our business.  At the successful completion of the rotation program, the Graduate program management team will determine the Rotational Graduate Engineer placement into the organization that aligns with the graduate career goals and meets the business’s needs.     

• Participate in up to three different engineering roles over a 2-year period, rotating every six to eight months as determined by the Graduate Program Manager:  

• • • Automation, Coding & Endpoint  

• • • Cloud Build  

• • • Unified Communications  

• • • Networking  

• • • High Performance Compute  

• Work on real projects or contribute with the regular department activities with significant responsibilities, contributing to the engineering and execution processes at TechnipFMC.

• Take advantage of built-in leadership and mentorship opportunities to enhance professional growth.   

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of various functions within the business through diverse placements.

• Build a professional network within TechnipFMC by engaging with colleagues, mentors, and industry professionals during rotations and development activities.   

• Adhere to all company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements while performing job duties.  

Responsibilities  

• Analyzes systems and reviews production work orders to check accuracy and feasibility   

• Resolves incidents related to production and implements changes and improvement plans in accordance with procedures, utilizing appropriate tools and resources   

• Monitors quality and performance levels defined in the Service Level Agreements and produces KPIs reports, as required   

• Adapts own work plan in the light of operating experience to realize Standards Level Agreements  

• Maintains operational documentation and procedures   

• Contributes to improving the design, delivery and support of IT services   

• Understands priorities related to the work being performed as well as the impact on the organization  

You are meant for this job if:  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related engineering discipline.  

• Candidates must have a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or a related field, with graduation within the last 2 years or be in their final year of university, demonstrating strong academic performance, technical skills, and a passion for the energy industry.  

• Advanced English level C1 is required.  

• Very good communication skills to discuss and explain technical information with all project stakeholders.  

• Attention to detail, accuracy and thoroughness.  

• Teamwork easiness.  

• Solid analytical and problem solving skills.
