We are seeking an inspiring manager to guide a team of Commissioning Lead Site Managers within Offshore Execution. This is a key leadership role, focused on improving performance, building capability, and setting a clear standard for what excellence looks like.
You bring extensive experience in leading leaders, with the ability to operate effectively in a distance leadership environment. Bringing together offshore knowledge and initiative, you can handle complexity and keep project delivery at a high standard.

Global Offshore Execution is responsible for delivering site management and supervisory resources across pre-installation, installation, and commissioning phases. The department plays a critical role in developing skilled teams and individuals to meet both current and future business needs.
The manager will lead a team of approximately 15–20 Commissioning Lead Site Managers. These individuals serve as the responsible site managers onboard Service Operation Vessels (SOVs), overseeing and coordinating commissioning activities across offshore construction projects.

Expected travel: up to 60 travel days per year
