Currently, we are delivering multiple data centre projects across seven European countries, representing over 430 MW of IT load under active construction.

We are now looking for a Quality Manager to join our growing team and support the continued delivery of high-quality, mission-critical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all works comply with the Winthrop Integrated Management System covering Quality, Safety, and Environmental standards.
• Plan and conduct quality audits and inspections to verify compliance with quality control procedures.
• Implement and maintain the company’s quality policies on-site.
• Develop and manage project-specific Quality Plans according to client and company requirements.
• Evaluate and ensure that all subcontractors’ quality systems align with Winthrop’s standards and are fully effective.
• Liaise with the client’s quality assurance and control team to proactively resolve any quality-related issues.
• Provide guidance and quality input to on-site staff, supporting continuous improvement and project feasibility.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar Quality Manager role within the construction industry, ideally on commercial, industrial, pharmaceutical, or data centre projects.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
• Proven experience using Autodesk BIM360 Field software.
• Strong background in personnel management, including staffing and scheduling.
• Process-driven mindset with a focus on Quality Work Management Systems and continuous improvement.
