You can make your mark as a Lead Project Engineer at Boskalis Marine Services by being the linking pin between project preparation and executing these very large projects.<\/p>\n<p>Using your expertise and experience in maritime projects, you will direct and manage the technical part of the project team on various aspects. You will be responsible for the working methods and work preparation, you\u2019ll manage aspects like safety, planning, procurement, permits and maintain contacts with clients, subcontractors and local authorities, to ensure that high-quality projects can be realized within the agreed requirements. You will be part of the MS Engineering Department and report to the Engineering Manager; on daily activities you\u2019ll report to the Project Manager. Then we would like to get to know you better at Boskalis!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your responsibilities as a Lead Project Engineer at Boskalis Marine Services<u>:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Translating project planning and engineering into detailed planning and working methods, so that the project can be realized efficiently and effectively in accordance with the contractual agreements (safety, quality, planning and budget);<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with all involved departments (project- and tender-support, operations, SHE-Q, fleet-management, procurement, cost control) to ensure that the right working methods have been selected and that manpower and equipment are available when needed;<\/li>\n<li>Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans<u>;<\/u><\/li>\n<li>Act as the key interface towards clients for all engineering related topics;<\/li>\n<li>Identify and report deviations from the contract and take appropriate measures when needed;<\/li>\n<li>Assist the Project Manager in issuing progress reports to the customer and provide input to the Project Manager for internal progress reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>You can make your mark as a Lead Project Engineer if you have:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 10\u00a0years of relevant working experience in an international, dynamic project environment, leading\u00a0<u>offshore<\/u>\u00a0multi-disciplinary project teams in floating\/<u>\u00a0<\/u>moored structures projects in the O&amp;G or wind industry<u>;<\/u><\/li>\n<li>A Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in engineering, preferably in offshore\/marine technology, civil engineering, mechanical engineering or naval architecture<u>;<\/u><\/li>\n<li>A team player mentality<u>;<\/u><\/li>\n<li>Willingness to travel globally and go offshore on one of our vessels during project execution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>The following competencies are also important for the role:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Planning and organizing of the project and working methods by delegating tasks with matching responsibilities;<\/li>\n<li>You create a supporting environment where there is room for developing new behavior and capabilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Marine Services with its large fleet of Construction Support Vessels, large Anchor Handling and Long Distance Towing Tugs is perfectly positioned to cater for transporting and installing these type of&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":9475,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_promoted":"","_rate_min":"","_rate_max":"","_company_name":"Boskalis","_job_zagraniczne":"1","_company_website":"","_company_video":"","_remote_position":0,"_hide_expiration":"0","_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[76,34],"job-types":[2],"job_listing_tag":[],"class_list":["post-10061","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-expired","hentry","job_listing_category-offshore","job_listing_category-oil-gas","job_listing_type-umowa-o-prace","job-type-umowa-o-prace"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v25.5 (Yoast SEO v25.5) -
