We\u2019re looking for a <strong data-start=\"1173\" data-end=\"1210\">Senior Digital Experience Manager<\/strong> to lead our digital experience capability, combining strong technical understanding with people leadership and strategic direction.<\/p>\n<p>This role leads a multi-disciplinary team of specialists and works closely with technology, commercial and marketing teams to design, build and optimise high-performing digital platforms.<\/p>\n<p><strong data-start=\"1533\" data-end=\"1552\">About the role:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1554\" data-end=\"2604\">\n<li data-start=\"1554\" data-end=\"1722\">Own the digital experience strategy across web, mobile and customer-facing platforms, translating business and customer needs into technical and experience roadmaps<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1723\" data-end=\"1873\">Lead the design and delivery of scalable, high-performing digital journeys, underpinned by strong UX\/UI, accessibility and front-end best practice<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1874\" data-end=\"2005\">Oversee the development and optimisation of digital platforms, websites, mobile applications and customer self-service journeys<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2006\" data-end=\"2134\">Partner with IT on architecture, integrations, APIs and platform performance, ensuring reliability, security and scalability<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2135\" data-end=\"2273\">Drive data-led optimisation through analytics, experimentation and A\/B testing to improve engagement, conversion and customer outcomes<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2274\" data-end=\"2395\">Build, manage, and inspire the digital team with expertise across disciplines (design, development, content, product)<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2396\" data-end=\"2506\">Define and track KPIs covering performance, availability, engagement, conversion and customer satisfaction<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2507\" data-end=\"2604\">Ensure all digital platforms meet accessibility (WCAG), privacy (GDPR) and security standards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong data-start=\"2606\" data-end=\"2640\">Here\u2019s what we\u2019re looking for:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2642\" data-end=\"3202\">\n<li data-start=\"2642\" data-end=\"2727\">Strong leadership experience managing digital teams and complex digital platforms<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2728\" data-end=\"2819\">Deep knowledge of customer journey mapping, UX\/UI design systems and front-end delivery<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2820\" data-end=\"2930\">Solid technical understanding of modern web and mobile architectures, CMS platforms and digital ecosystems<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2931\" data-end=\"3022\">Hands-on experience with analytics, tagging, experimentation and performance monitoring<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3023\" data-end=\"3100\">Ability to collaborate effectively with IT, architects and product owners<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3101\" data-end=\"3202\">Commercial and customer-focused mindset, able to balance experience quality with delivery and ROI<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong data-start=\"3204\" data-end=\"3227\">Tools &amp; Technology:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3229\" data-end=\"3586\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">\n<li data-start=\"3229\" data-end=\"3319\">Digital analytics and optimisation: Google Analytics, ContentSquare, A\/B testing tools<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3320\" data-end=\"3394\">Experience platforms and CMS: Adobe Experience Manager (or equivalent)<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3395\" data-end=\"3447\">CRM and personalisation: Salesforce (or similar)<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3448\" data-end=\"3517\">Delivery and collaboration: Jira, Miro, Agile\/Scrum methodologies<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3518\" data-end=\"3586\" data-is-last-node=\"\">Monitoring and performance: Datadog or similar observability tools<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job description: Join us, be part of more.
