FERCHAU Poland is looking for an experienced Mechanical Architect to join our team and support projects in the area of Electrical Energy Storage Solutions!<\/p>\n

Work mode:<\/strong> Remote, however, we are looking for candidates residing permanently in Poland

  • Develop and shape mechanical platforms and overall architectural designs<\/li>\n
  • Serve as a technical expert on client-focused projects<\/li>\n
  • Play a key role in defining the company’s technology strategy and product roadmap<\/li>\n
  • Participate in research and development initiatives<\/li>\n
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to junior engineers<\/li>\n
  • Enhance mechanical development workflows and create or improve engineering tools<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n

      Your profile<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Strong mechanical development skills, including simulations, engineering calculations, 2D\/3D modeling, thermal management, DFM\/DFA, EMC, and product standards compliance<\/li>\n
      • At least 5 years of professional experience in mechanical architecture design and end-to-end product development, preferably within the automotive, industrial, or high-tech sectors<\/li>\n
      • Proficient in any CAD, PLM, and PDM systems<\/li>\n
      • Knowledge of manufacturing processes: aluminum casting, plastic molding, sheet metal, laser welding, etc.<\/li>\n
      • Experience with industrialization, supplier collaboration, and product testing (vibration, IP, thermal, EMC)<\/li>\n
