The role plays a key part in ensuring that project construction is delivered safely, on time, within scope, and in line with cost and quality requirements.<\/p>\n<p>Key aspects of the role include\u00a0<strong>project execution<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>design implementation<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>materials and logistics coordination<\/strong>, and\u00a0<strong>fabrication and vendor follow-up<\/strong>. Our multidisciplinary environment brings together project management and engineering expertise, offering employees the opportunity to work with complex, high-impact projects that shape the future of offshore energy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with the\u00a0<strong>Project Manager\u00a0<\/strong>and assume overall responsibility for\u00a0<strong>planning and management of project construction activities<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Work closely with the\u00a0<strong>Project Engineering Manager and engineering teams<\/strong>\u00a0to ensure documentation and drawings are issued in line with subcontractor and fabrication needs<\/li>\n<li>Participate in\u00a0<strong>engineering reviews<\/strong>\u00a0to ensure fabrication-friendly and cost-efficient designs<\/li>\n<li>Interface with\u00a0<strong>Supply Chain<\/strong>\u00a0regarding bidding processes, purchase order awards, and variation order requests<\/li>\n<li>Ensure robust plans for\u00a0<strong>modules and components<\/strong>, and expediting when delays occur<\/li>\n<li>Maintain close coordination with\u00a0<strong>fabrication site teams<\/strong>\u00a0to ensure timely progress, assembly, testing and completition of modules and equipment<\/li>\n<li>Follow up\u00a0<strong>Package Responsible Engineers (PREs)<\/strong>\u00a0to ensure timely delivery of materials and components to vendors or customers<\/li>\n<li>Promote and adopt\u00a0<strong>safe working practices<\/strong>\u00a0across all work sites<\/li>\n<li>Maintain continuous focus on\u00a0<strong>vendor quality<\/strong>, including nonconformity reporting when required<\/li>\n<li>Assist with\u00a0<strong>customer witness and hold point notifications<\/strong>\u00a0and attend customer and vendor meetings as needed<\/li>\n<li>Ensure\u00a0<strong>timely completion of vendor final documentation<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Conduct and document\u00a0<strong>lessons learned<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum\u00a0<strong>five (5) years of experience<\/strong>\u00a0from project coordination and delivery of modules and services to the offshore industry<\/li>\n<li>Strong technical competence within:\n<ul>\n<li>Structural fabrication<\/li>\n<li>Piping fabrication<\/li>\n<li>Mechanical fabrication<\/li>\n<li>Integration and interface management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree is an advantage, but\u00a0<strong>relevant experience and competence may compensate for formal education<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Outgoing, structured, and\u00a0<strong>self-driven working style<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Strong coordination and communication skills with ability to motivate others<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple interfaces in a complex project environment<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fluent Norwegian<\/strong>, both written and spoken, is required<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in\u00a0<strong>written and spoken English<\/strong>\u00a0(business language)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What We Offer<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A key role in delivering complex offshore construction projects for\u00a0<strong>global clients<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Close collaboration with experienced colleagues across project management, engineering, supply chain, and fabrication<\/li>\n<li>A dynamic project environment with\u00a0<strong>technically challenging and varied tasks<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Opportunities for\u00a0<strong>professional development and career growth<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>An open and inclusive work environment with a strong focus on\u00a0<strong>HSE, quality, and teamwork<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>A quayside workplace on\u00a0<strong>beautiful His\u00f8y<\/strong>, combined with an international project footprint<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are seeking a dedicated\u00a0Project Construction Manager\u00a0to join our team in Arendal.
