You will take ownership of the full recruitment process and act as a trusted partner to hiring managers- ensuring quality, efficiency, and a positive experience for every candidate.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>End-to-End Recruitment:<\/strong>\u00a0Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Innovative Sourcing:<\/strong>\u00a0Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of high-calibre candidates.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Stakeholder Collaboration:<\/strong>\u00a0Build strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their needs and provide strategic recruitment advice.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Candidate Evaluation:<\/strong>\u00a0Conduct comprehensive evaluations, including interviews, assessments, and reference checks, to ensure candidates meet both technical and cultural fit criteria.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Market Insight:<\/strong>\u00a0Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions to inform recruitment strategies.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Data-Driven Improvement:<\/strong>\u00a0Use data analytics to monitor and enhance key performance indicators related to recruitment speed, quality, and satisfaction.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Compliance:<\/strong>\u00a0Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to legal and compliance standards, staying informed about relevant employment laws and regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Essential Qualifications:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a corporate environment, with the ability to handle high-volume recruitment cycles.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and other relevant tools.<\/li>\n<li>A track record of meeting recruitment targets while maintaining high standards of quality.<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in English is essential.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Desired Qualifications:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in recruiting for blue-collar positions.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in German\/ Dutch\/ Danish\/ Norwegian will be an asset.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What We Offer:<\/strong>\u00a0At NOV, we believe in rewarding our employees for their contributions.
