This is a critical role where you will work as part of a team in offering HR support to both internal and external customers ensuring the delivery of our Service Delivery Objectives. In this role as HR Representative you will work closely with our HR Business Partners, Centres of Excellence, Managers and Employees directly to offer and maintain a high level of customer service throughout each aspect of your role in support of the business and their needs. As an HR Representative you will be able to adapt to changing priorities and requirements whilst exercising good judgement based on business need as well as be quick to identify critical information and respond appropriately.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Primary responsibility is to prepare error-free written communication including e-mails and letters and escalate, as necessary, to other parties on a number of various activities.<\/li>\n<li>Support employees throughout Onboarding, Employee Life Cycle &amp; Termination processes.<\/li>\n<li>Action all hires, promotions, transfers, terminations (and any other system related actions) ensuring all authorisation is received prior to processing.<\/li>\n<li>Respond to enquiries regarding HR policy and procedure in relation to HR Central processes.<\/li>\n<li>Gather information and record data in HR tools, monitor transaction status of Requests and escalate transactions, as necessary; in order to respond to customer enquiries.<\/li>\n<li>Interact directly with managers, candidates and other HR staff\/COE\u2019s providing support as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Accept and route requests for assistance through all communication routes into the Team.<\/li>\n<li>Work directly with customers to resolve recurring or standard problems.<\/li>\n<li>Work to the team Goals and Objectives of the supporting SLA\u2019s for all work tasks that come into the shared mailbox striving for first class customer support.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all HR systems are up to date and accurate per processes updating HR Systems where applicable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Essential Qualifications:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Working knowledge within an HR support function or business administration function<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast paced environment<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated history of achieving performance related targets (KPI\u2019s, metrics)<\/li>\n<li>Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite (including good command of Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook)<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated use of Work Supported Systems<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in English<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Desired Qualifications:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in a relevant subject<\/li>\n<li>French language skills<\/li>\n<li>Process Development and Improvement experience<\/li>\n<li>HR Systems including Oracle HUB<\/li>\n<li>Analytical skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As an HR Representative you will be joining our HR Services Team based in Gdansk, Poland.
