Our multidisciplinary environment brings together specialists across hydrodynamics, structural engineering, mechanical design, and marine operations, offering employees the opportunity to work with complex, high-impact projects that shape the future of offshore energy.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform design and analysis of\u00a0<strong>mooring and riser systems<\/strong>\u00a0for Oil &amp; Gas and Floating Wind applications.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct\u00a0<strong>marine analysis<\/strong>\u00a0including vessel motions, green water, slamming, and hydrostatic stability.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to\u00a0<strong>loading system<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>CO\u2082 injection system<\/strong>\u00a0design for offshore use.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in preparation of technical quotations, feasibility studies, and client proposals.<\/li>\n<li>Support and influence development projects for new offshore products and systems.<\/li>\n<li>Engage in technical discussions with clients, sub-suppliers, and classification societies.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the development of internal\u00a0<strong>marine analysis tools, models, and procedures<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Master\u2019s degree, PhD, or equivalent education within\u00a0<strong>hydrodynamics<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0<strong>marine structures<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Solid theoretical knowledge; experience from the offshore industry is an advantage, but newly graduates are encouraged to apply.<\/li>\n<li>Strong programming and analytical skills; coding in\u00a0<strong>Python, Fortran<\/strong>, or similar is part of daily work.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with or willingness to learn marine\/offshore software such as:<br \/>\n<strong>WAMIT\/WADAM, VERES, RIFLEX, SIMO, SIMA, ORCAFLEX<\/strong>, or similar.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in verbal and written\u00a0<strong>English<\/strong>; Norwegian language skills are an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>What We Offer<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A highly skilled professional engineering environment with strong multidisciplinary collaboration.<\/li>\n<li>The opportunity to influence future offshore products and technologies within Oil &amp; Gas, Floating Wind, and CO\u2082 solutions.<\/li>\n<li>A broad variety of technically challenging and meaningful projects with global impact.<\/li>\n<li>Strong focus on competence development and career growth.<\/li>\n<li>A friendly and supportive workplace on beautiful His\u00f8y, with an international footprint.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are now seeking a\u00a0Senior\/Principal Engineer \u2013 Marine Analysis\u00a0to strengthen our engineering team.
