Requirements Expert \u2013 Rail & Transit<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are looking for a Requirements Expert to join the Rail & Transit team in our offices in Madrid, Bilbao, or Barcelona.<\/p>\n

Your main responsibilities will be:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • \n

    Leading the production of Verification and Validation Matrices (VVMs) to support technical design assurance<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Ensuring that the requirements management approach aligns with project standards and contractual obligations<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Reporting to and liaising with project teams and subcontractors regarding requirements management processes during design, construction, and delivery phases<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Developing, configuring, and managing the requirements management database<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Driving innovation in the requirements management approach<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Facilitating tracking and regular reporting on the performance of the requirements management process<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Supporting other disciplines in their interactions with the DOORS database or similar tools<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      About you<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Apply if you:<\/p>\n

      • \n

        Hold a degree related to Civil, Industrial, or Systems Engineering, or a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Mathematics<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Have at least 2 years of experience on large infrastructure projects, especially in civil or railway engineering, and in the use of DOORS, JAMA, or similar requirements management tools<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Have strong communication and collaboration skills<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Are capable of working effectively with project delivery teams and building relationships with stakeholders at all levels<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Are familiar with industry standards and best practices in requirements management<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Have fluent English (minimum B2\/C1, spoken and written; other languages will be valued)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Have strong analytical skills and are proficient in report writing<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Are familiar with tools for designing participatory and communication processes (desirable)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Demonstrate autonomy, flexibility, technical rigor, and an international mindset<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n
