Bid Specialist \u2013 Rail & Transit<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are looking for a Bid Specialist<\/strong> to join our Rail & Transit team in Bilbao or Madrid<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Main responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Support the preparation, coordination, and presentation of competitive bids and proposals for railway projects<\/li>\n
  • Ensure that all tender documentation complies with customer specifications, industry standards, and internal quality benchmarks<\/li>\n
  • Track tender opportunities, submission deadlines, and bid progress using project management tools<\/li>\n
  • Assist the tender team in preparing presentations and materials for client meetings and interviews<\/li>\n
  • Contribute to post-tender evaluations and the continuous improvement of tender processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • Have studied engineering or a related subject<\/li>\n
      • Have 1\u20132 years\u2019 experience in tender support or proposal coordination, ideally within rail, transit, or infrastructure projects, and in collaboration with partners<\/li>\n
      • Are familiar with international public procurement processes in the railway and transit sector<\/li>\n
      • Understand railway and transit terminology, standards, and procurement procedures<\/li>\n
      • Are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Adobe InDesign or other graphic tools for bid production is a plus<\/li>\n
      • Are a team player with technical rigor<\/li>\n
      • Can work independently with an innovative mindset<\/li>\n
      • Have advanced English skills<\/li>\n
