You will:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"352\" data-end=\"1127\">\n<li data-start=\"352\" data-end=\"450\">\n<p data-start=\"354\" data-end=\"450\">Support crew and office staff in meeting all relevant QHSSE regulations and company standards.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"451\" data-end=\"535\">\n<p data-start=\"453\" data-end=\"535\">Review, update, and continuously improve our Integrated Management System (IMS).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"536\" data-end=\"621\">\n<p data-start=\"538\" data-end=\"621\">Proactively promote safety and risk awareness by providing guidance and training.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"622\" data-end=\"710\">\n<p data-start=\"624\" data-end=\"710\">Provide QHSSE expertise to tenders and projects on all safety and compliance topics.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"711\" data-end=\"813\">\n<p data-start=\"713\" data-end=\"813\">Coordinate and perform audits, inspections, and risk assessments, and coordinate timely follow-up.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"814\" data-end=\"896\">\n<p data-start=\"816\" data-end=\"896\">Investigate incidents and define effective corrective and preventive measures.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"897\" data-end=\"977\">\n<p data-start=\"899\" data-end=\"977\">Maintain QHSSE registers and contribute to reporting and management reviews.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"978\" data-end=\"1062\">\n<p data-start=\"980\" data-end=\"1062\">Act as Deputy Company Security Officer (CSO) and Designated Person Ashore (DPA).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1063\" data-end=\"1127\">\n<p data-start=\"1065\" data-end=\"1127\">Support emergency preparedness through drills and exercises.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"1129\" data-end=\"1132\" \/>\n<p data-start=\"1134\" data-end=\"1154\"><strong data-start=\"1134\" data-end=\"1154\">Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1156\" data-end=\"1302\"><strong data-start=\"1156\" data-end=\"1302\">We are looking for someone who combines QHSSE expertise with technical\/operational insights and the ability to connect with people. You bring:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1304\" data-end=\"1875\">\n<li data-start=\"1304\" data-end=\"1392\">\n<p data-start=\"1306\" data-end=\"1392\">Several years of QHSSE experience, preferably in a maritime or offshore environment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1393\" data-end=\"1512\">\n<p data-start=\"1395\" data-end=\"1512\">Knowledge of, or familiarity with, ISM, ISPS, and MLC requirements as well as ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1513\" data-end=\"1586\">\n<p data-start=\"1515\" data-end=\"1586\">Understanding of relevant national and international HSE legislation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1587\" data-end=\"1668\">\n<p data-start=\"1589\" data-end=\"1668\">Experience with risk management, auditing, and integrated management systems.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1669\" data-end=\"1729\">\n<p data-start=\"1671\" data-end=\"1729\">Internal auditor qualification (lead auditor is a plus).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1730\" data-end=\"1781\">\n<p data-start=\"1732\" data-end=\"1781\">Good communication skills in Dutch and English.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1782\" data-end=\"1875\">\n<p data-start=\"1784\" data-end=\"1875\">A proactive, structured mindset with attention to detail\u2014and a genuine passion for QHSSE.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1877\" data-end=\"2056\">Please note: our new QHSSE Coordinator has to have a sufficient understanding of the Dutch language \u00e1nd has to be a Dutch resident (to be able to commute to our Rotterdam office).<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2058\" data-end=\"2061\" \/>\n<p data-start=\"2063\" data-end=\"2080\"><strong data-start=\"2063\" data-end=\"2080\">What we offer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2082\" data-end=\"2220\"><strong data-start=\"2082\" data-end=\"2220\">At Acta Marine, you\u2019ll join a dynamic, international workplace where safety, innovation, and sustainability go hand in hand.
