In this role, you will focus on preparing and executing the periodical closings and, as a business partner, you will actively provide support in drawing up analyses and reports for one or more of our divisions\/entities. In addition, in this role, you will provide input for improving the administrative organization related to report development and process improvements.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"854\" data-end=\"857\" \/>\n<p><strong data-start=\"859\" data-end=\"883\">Key Accountabilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"885\" data-end=\"1348\">\n<li data-start=\"885\" data-end=\"975\">Responsible for the month-end closing, monthly and annual financial reporting process.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"976\" data-end=\"1037\">Supporting and coordinating internal and external audits.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1038\" data-end=\"1098\">Analysing, assessing and controlling the financial data.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1099\" data-end=\"1205\">Analysing and subsequently advising on the administrative organization and internal control framework.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1206\" data-end=\"1303\">Preparing annual reports and analyses in accordance with the applicable financial guidelines.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1304\" data-end=\"1348\">Advising the divisional financial teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"1350\" data-end=\"1353\" \/>\n<p><strong data-start=\"1355\" data-end=\"1378\">Skills &amp; Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong data-start=\"1380\" data-end=\"1448\">We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1450\" data-end=\"1974\">\n<li data-start=\"1450\" data-end=\"1522\">Bachelor\/Master degree in Business Economics, Accounting or Finance.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1523\" data-end=\"1599\">Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience (accounting, reporting, etc.).<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1600\" data-end=\"1634\">Driven, ambitious and engaged.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1635\" data-end=\"1722\">Team player: flexible and able to work in a team within a dynamic work environment.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1723\" data-end=\"1802\">Solid knowledge of and experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1803\" data-end=\"1859\">Knowledge and experience with SAP (or familiar ERP).<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1860\" data-end=\"1930\">Good verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1931\" data-end=\"1974\">Availability for 32 to 40 hours a week.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"1976\" data-end=\"1979\" \/>\n<p><strong data-start=\"1981\" data-end=\"1998\">What we offer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong data-start=\"2000\" data-end=\"2094\">At Damen we realize supporting and managing many talented individuals is of great essence.<\/strong><br data-start=\"2094\" data-end=\"2097\" \/>We understand that the key to success is to find the right person for the right job.
