data-start=\"389\" data-end=\"392\" \/>\n<p><strong data-start=\"394\" data-end=\"412\">What you\u2019ll do<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong data-start=\"416\" data-end=\"429\">Document:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"432\" data-end=\"574\">\n<li data-start=\"432\" data-end=\"508\">Develop new vessel operating manuals and enhance existing documentation.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"509\" data-end=\"574\">Customize content to meet specific customer and vessel needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong data-start=\"576\" data-end=\"589\">Research:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"592\" data-end=\"751\">\n<li data-start=\"592\" data-end=\"684\">Gather information through literature review, expert interviews, and technical analysis.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"685\" data-end=\"751\">Interpret manufacturer guidelines and regulatory requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong data-start=\"753\" data-end=\"763\">Write:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"766\" data-end=\"926\">\n<li data-start=\"766\" data-end=\"817\">Create precise, unambiguous content in English.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"818\" data-end=\"926\">Apply and refine our writing style guide, including Simplified Technical English (STE) where applicable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong data-start=\"928\" data-end=\"939\">Manage:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"942\" data-end=\"1086\">\n<li data-start=\"942\" data-end=\"1017\">Lead your own documentation projects, including planning and budgeting.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1018\" data-end=\"1086\">Ensure timely delivery and alignment with customer expectations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong data-start=\"1088\" data-end=\"1104\">Collaborate:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1107\" data-end=\"1236\">\n<li data-start=\"1107\" data-end=\"1166\">Work closely with multidisciplinary teams across Damen.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1167\" data-end=\"1236\">Communicate respectfully with internal and external stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"1238\" data-end=\"1241\" \/>\n<p><strong data-start=\"1243\" data-end=\"1268\">Who we\u2019re looking for<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong data-start=\"1272\" data-end=\"1359\">We\u2019re looking for detail-driven communicators who thrive in technical environments.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong data-start=\"1363\" data-end=\"1375\">You are:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1378\" data-end=\"1847\">\n<li data-start=\"1378\" data-end=\"1432\">Educated at HBO level with a technical background.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1433\" data-end=\"1490\">Experienced \u2013 at least 3 years as a Technical Author.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1491\" data-end=\"1564\">Skilled in CCMS, XML and DITA; Adobe Framemaker is considered a plus.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1565\" data-end=\"1619\">Fluent in English, with a knack for clear writing.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1620\" data-end=\"1654\">Familiar with STE (preferred).<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1655\" data-end=\"1730\">Independent yet collaborative; you can lead projects and work in teams.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1731\" data-end=\"1787\">Adaptable; you handle shifting priorities with ease.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1788\" data-end=\"1847\">Able to read and interpret engineering (P&amp;ID) drawings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"1849\" data-end=\"1852\" \/>\n<p><strong
