You will follow a defined internal process to determine and validate functional naming conventions in line with project-specific requirements and German naval standards (BV Heft C1-242\/0-3041 \u2013 STBA). You align closely with system owners and ensure all deliverables are correct, clearly documented, and meet the expectations of all technical stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p><strong data-start=\"698\" data-end=\"722\">Key responsibilities<\/strong><br data-start=\"722\" data-end=\"725\" \/>In this role, your responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"777\" data-end=\"1015\">\n<li data-start=\"777\" data-end=\"852\">Applying the internal naming process based on input and required output<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"853\" data-end=\"923\">Aligning deliverables with system owners and relevant stakeholders<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"924\" data-end=\"1015\">Organising and prioritising your own work, identifying and reporting issues proactively<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong data-start=\"1017\" data-end=\"1040\">Skills &amp; experience<\/strong><br data-start=\"1040\" data-end=\"1043\" \/>We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1110\" data-end=\"1860\">\n<li data-start=\"1110\" data-end=\"1173\">A background in naval engineering or mechanical engineering<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1174\" data-end=\"1246\">Strong knowledge of naval vessel systems and technical documentation<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1247\" data-end=\"1312\">A good command of written and spoken German naval terminology<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1313\" data-end=\"1355\">Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1356\" data-end=\"1437\">A proactive, organised mindset with flexibility to manage changing priorities<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1438\" data-end=\"1511\">Willingness to travel occasionally (1\u20132 times per month, short trips)<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1512\" data-end=\"1572\">Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1573\" data-end=\"1686\">Permanent EU citizenship and a permanent EU passport (requirement due to the military nature of our projects)<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1687\" data-end=\"1860\">Candidates with EU (work) visa or with (also) a non-EU nationality and\/or passport are not eligible given the requirements imposed by the military nature of our projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong data-start=\"1862\" data-end=\"1879\">What we offer<\/strong><br data-start=\"1879\" data-end=\"1882\" \/>At Damen Naval, we highly value our employees, and we will support your professional and personal development.
